With our Full-Service Catering, you'll get great choices of our smoked meats and side dishes, along with a nice presentation and professional service.  Some of the benefits of using our full-service option, as opposed to serving it yourself are:

• We bring professional chafing dishes so we can keep the hot food hot and the cold food cold the entire time your guests are eating
• Since we'll be standing at the buffet table(s) serving your guests, we will also make sure the portions are controlled for your guests, ensuring everyone gets to try all of the delicious different items at least once.  After everyone has filled their plates once, we often times see people coming back around for 2nds, 3rds, even 4ths :-)
• With us serving the food, it keeps the buffet line moving at a nice pace.  This can be especially important if you have a schedule to meet. For instance, at your wedding if you want the guests to finish eating dinner quickly so you can move onto cutting the cake.
