Official Rules and Regulations:

Section (1) Contest Host Disclaimer:
  1. This contest is being hosted by Cowboy’s Dash Barbeque LLC
  2. This contest is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, associated or affiliated with Instagram
  3. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 13 years of age or older, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use
  4. Cowboy’s Dash Barbeque LLC employees, owners, or family members are ineligible to enter the contest

Section (2) Contest Location Requirement(s):
  1. United States of America residents only
  2. No purchase necessary to enter contest

Section (3) Contest Dates:
  1. Contest begins as soon as it is announced via Instagram on Friday 8/6/2021
  2. Contest ends after 11:59pm ET Thursday 8/12/2021

Section (4) Contest Entry Winner Selection Details
  1. By entering you are agreeing to allow Cowboy's Dash Barbecue LLC (@cowboysdashbbq) to publicly announce the winners and Instagram profile handles.
  2. Winner(s) will be randomly selected using https://namepicker.net
  3. There is only one entry allowed per person
  4. Winner(s) will be announced Friday August 13, 2021 by 12:00pm.

Section (5) Eligibility Requirements:
  1. Contest entrant must complete all the required entry requirements as stated in “Section (7): Contest Entry Requirements”
  2. Contest entrant must be the sole owner of their Instagram profile handle and are only eligible for 1 contest prize
  3. For contest entrants that are considered (or associated with) a “Business” or “Professional” profile are only eligible for 1 contest prize
  4. Each Instagram profile handle is only eligible for 1 entry and therefore 1 contest prize

Section (6) Contest Prize Details:
  1. There will be a total of two prizes, awarded to two different entrants, each of the two prizes will be an eGiftCard worth $35.00 at the Cowboy's Dash BBQ trailer.
  2. The eGiftCard does not have any cash value and must be used for food orders at the Cowboy's Dash BBQ trailer.
  3. The eGiftCard awarded must be redeemed during normal weekend concession hours when the Cowboy's Dash BBQ trailer is open.
  4. The eGiftCard will be awarded to the winners with a code via a DM in their Instagram account.
  5. The eGiftCard awarded will expire September 26th, 2021.
